Went to the BC SPCA and volunteered. Thanks Tiff, for showing me where it was =) and Mish, for walking with me on the first day. Orientation doesnt start till near beginning of August, so im not going till somewhere late august im guessing.

This will fill 30 hour work experience, so i need a one day thing to volunteer for. Maybe that SPCA 30 year celebration.. i can do face paints..

The SPCA is kinda far, takes me about 40 mins to get there. It's also very remote, so risking my safety walking there on my own.

But the cats are so cute T_T I cant help it, I MUST work there.

In the meantime...Im thinking of working in Petcetera/volunteering in animal hospital for a day or something. Can you tell i really love pets? XD i also want to sign up for a martial art class to get that 80 hour Physical thing. Would be useful if i got mugged on the way to SPCA...

And ive just finished that shoulder piece of Yuuri's for the convention. Wooot... now all i need is the costume, which my mom has bought for me, the purple cape, which i DID buy but may buy another one since the color is all wrong, Yuuri's necklace, which my mom is bringing backthe stones and i have the string, and the shoes, which my mom will help me buy.

So many people i know are going to the Anime Evolution convention. >< Its nerve wrecking, cosplaying in front of them T_T But i'll give it my best shot!

Been going out every single day. My blister has just grown 2x bigger. xD But it was fun.

Yesterday I went to silvercity to watch Pirates of the Carri 2! IT WAS AWESOME! Me matt and sarah played DDR too, was my first time. It was awesome, cept sarah got confused with the directions and chose an insanely FAST DDR song..

i actually liked the second movie than the first, because there were more action. Bad thing is I kept getting poked constantly to explain what was going on...and yeah..
The three-way fight scene was awesome! I was like screaming "GANG BANG! GANG BANG!!!" in a theatre FILLED with over 50 people. Hate Elizabeth, the three-timer sl*t.... she made such a friggin big deal about her 'honor' and then...yeah.

Went to A&W and tried one of them floaties. Was great, cept i was pretty full. and the chicken burger cant beat KFC's...

Today, went shopping for the purple cloth. It was WAYYYY Further than i thought it was, but it was pretty awesome anyways, my cloth was on 1/2 sale and i bought 1 meter of it for $1.73. =) Need to iron it later when im not so tired.
Hmm...on the way back, stopped at Tim Hortons and got a french vanilla iced Capp... was absolutely DELICIOUS and chilled me down. Good thing it was cloudy today too.
Shopped at Superstore later and bought a new water jug <3 twice as large as the other one i broke. AND its BLUE! <3 <3 <3

and YAY PHILIP YOU LIFE SAVER YOU. He found a christmas orament and will give it to me to make my costume! YESSSSS! Im almost done with Yuuri's costume! Bwahahahahahhahahaha...


Hate to say it but, Morgif's strap is confusing me. And Im to blame for it. I should'nt have tied it till it was almost time for the convention...T_T

Tommorrow might go meet Phil to get my orament and play some games~

Anyways, hopefully i can find something close to it in Metrotown today. -excited- Need to go to the bank first, then go to coq. mall and buy something to get change for the tickets, and then i have to actually find where the bus station is. o_o; I'm sure i can do it..

Worried about losing my wallet though, if i go to the bank and withdraw some $, and lose my wallet, there goes my grocery/rent/bill money. ><

Anyhoo...Couldnt sleep well last night...wonder why? I went to bed at around 11pm and lay in bed for about 2 hours before falling asleep. I cant seem to fall asleep easily...

+ im paranoid, i kept hearing footsteps going up the stairs, and occasionally a blast of rock music coming from my room when i turned the speakers off.

Probably my imagination, it seems really ridiculous in the morning, but at night it's really freaky.

My sis took my battery T_T Now i have no music to listen to...

Going this friday to the movies with Matt to see Pirates of the Carri 2! Can't wait. =)

+ Need to go to Fabricana/Dressew to buy some purple fabric for Yuuri's cape thingy.

OOOOOOH KAYYYYYY, i went shopping today to fix up the costume of Yuuri Shibuya for this year's convention.

Got a lot done today, but i didnt get to play RO T.T

anyways.. managed to make about 80% of morgif... I only need to glue and paint on more coats of paint and make that cape thingy, get the shoes and im done.

Today:

- bought the yarn
- bought the string to thread the conrad necklace thingy
- bought another silver paint, and red paint + styrofoam balls in case phil cant find one
- bought morgif's forehead jewel
- braided the yarn (man that took hours)
- made/painted morgif's backset
- stuck on his face onto the backset
- stuck the jewel on his forehead
- made/painted (kinda) the blade
- made/painted (kinda) the hilt
- made the deco for the sheath
- strung a dark blue thread through sheath

Morgif:

- need to repaint hilt of sword
- need to repaint sword blade
- need to add on a layer of lighter silver onto edge of blade
- need to spray paint the sheath deco
- need to fix the deco together and onto the sheath
- need to glue hilt + morgif + blade

Cape:

- need to go to fabricana and find color of fabric, measure it out, etc
- need to get phil to give me his shiny red Xmas orament
- need to make a styrofoam deco to place on shoulder and stick orament on it
- need to paint styrofoam deco gold or something
- need to figure out how to keep deco from falling
- need to string the braided yarn i made today onto the deco

and shoes, mom is going to go out and buy me a new set because my old sport shoes lasted me 3 years. =)
